DynaGen Inc. said it signed a new agreement covering itsproprietary technologies for detecting tuberculosis and othermycobacteria.

Terms of the new pact with International Murex TechnologiesCorp. (IMT) of Toronto are consistent with a previous contractthat DynaGen had with Britain's Wellcome Foundation Ltd. Theagreement, provides for DynaGen of Cambridge, Mass., toreceive $625,000 upon execution of the agreement, plus aroyalty on IMT's worldwide sales of specified products.

IMT acquired Wellcome Diagnostics from the WellcomeFoundation last February for $27.3 million (U.S.).
