Anocca AB has submitted its first clinical trial application (CTA) to the EMA for a phase I/II multi-asset umbrella trial, VIDAR-1. The application covers ANOC-001 as the initial product in the VIDAR-1 program targeting mutated KRAS in advanced pancreatic cancer.
Anocca AB raised €25 million (US$26.5 million) in venture debt financing from the European Investment Bank to maintain its progress toward the clinic. “We’re quickly moving towards regulatory filings next year,” CEO and co-founder Reagan Jarvis told BioWorld. The company aims to start its first clinical trial in 2024.
DUBLIN – Anocca AB raised $47 million in a series B round to advance its T-cell-based immunotherapies expressing recombinant T-cell receptors (TCRs) toward clinical trials in cancer and to build out its manufacturing capacity at its base in Södertälje, Sweden.
