Onconova Therapeutics Inc., of Newtown, Pa., said it was notified that Baxalta U.S. Inc., a unit of Baxalta Inc., of Bannockburn, Ill., plans to terminate its 2012 development and license agreement for Onconova’s lead candidate, rigosertib.
