Redhill Biopharma Ltd., of Tel Aviv, said underwriters of its public offering of 1 million American depository shares (ADSs) exercised in full their option to purchase 150,000 additional ADSs at $12.50 apiece as overallotments, extending total proceeds to approximately $14.4 million.
