Rochester Medical reported that it has received a settlement of $8,825,000 from Premier Purchasing Partners, (“Premier”) and dismissed it from litigation.

The litigation, filed in March 2004, was filed against Premier, C.R. Bard; TYCO International (US); TYCO Healthcare Group; Novation; and VHA.

The litigation continues against all other defendants in the case. It is scheduled for trial in May 2007.

Rochester said that the impact of the settlement will be reflected in the current quarter’s financials.

Rochester manufactures disposable medical catheters and devices for urological and continence care applications.
