Cellular Products Inc. has signed a non-exclusive marketingand distribution agreement with Incstar Corp. under whichIncstar will sell several of Cellular's AIDS and HTLV-Iretroviral diagnostic and research test kits in North America.

Incstar of Stillwater, Minn., will distribute two Food and DrugAdministration-licensed diagnostic blood screening tests forHIV-1 and HTLV-I, which causes human T-cell leukemia.Incstar will also sell for research use antigen detectionassays for HIV-1 and HTLV-I. These are the first retroviralproducts available through Incstar (ASE:ISR).

Buffalo, N.Y.-based Cellular (NASDAQ:CELP) also hasdistribution agreements with Finsystems S.r.l. of Genoa, Italy,and Genetic Systems of Redmond, Wash. Finsystems, which inMarch purchased a 25 percent equity stake in Cellular, hasworldwide rights to Cellular products. Finsystems has anoption to purchase an additional 25 percent of Cellular. GeneticSystems, a subsidiary of Sanofi Diagnostics Pasteur, has non-exclusive rights to Cellular's HTLV-I blood screening test.
