Savara Inc., of Austin, Texas, closed an underwritten public offering of about 9 million shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $4.75 per share, which included 613,157 shares upon the partial exercise of the underwriters' option to purchase additional shares of Savara common stock at the public offering price, less the underwriting discounts and commissions.
