Nantkwest Inc., of Los Angeles, along with teams at the University of Michigan and Thomas Jefferson University, disclosed a $1 million challenge award from the Prostate Cancer Foundation to study the company's natural killer (NK) cell-based therapy in advanced prostate cancer.
