Soligenix Inc., of Princeton, N.J., said it entered definitive agreements with investors for the purchase and sale of 1.57 million shares of common stock at $2 each in a registered direct offering and 982,000 shares of common stock at a purchase price of $2 per share in a concurrent private placement.
