Stellapharma Inc., of Raleigh, N.C., will acquire rights and IP related to a dry powder nasal formulation of epinephrine being developed for anaphylaxis from G2B Pharma Inc., of Corte Madera, Calif. Terms of the deal weren't disclosed.
