Horizon Pharma plc, of Dublin, said that its affiliate Horizon Pharma Switzerland GmbH has entered a settlement and license agreement with Actavis Laboratories FL Inc., part of Allergan plc, of Dublin, to resolve pending patent litigation involving Rayos (prednisone) delayed-release tablets.
