Paratek Pharmaceuticals Inc., of Boston, priced an underwritten public offering of 4.25 million common shares at $13 apiece, a 2 percent discount to Tuesday's closing price of $13.28 for the company's shares (NASDAQ:PRTK), and granted underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 637,500 additional shares to fill overallotments.
