Mirati Therapeutics Inc., of San Diego, said it priced an underwritten public offering of 2.75 million shares of its common stock at $38.85 each. In addition, and in lieu of common stock, the company is offering to certain investors pre-funded warrants to purchase up to an aggregate of 421,650 shares of common stock at $38.849 per warrant, which represents the per share public offering price for the common stock less the $0.001 per share exercise price for each such pre-funded warrant.
