Cipher Pharmaceuticals Inc., of Mississauga, Ontario, said it entered a definitive distribution and supply agreement granting Ranbaxy Laboratories Ltd., of Mumbai, India, the exclusive right to market, sell and distribute Cipher's isotretinoin capsules in Brazil.
