Lawson Software (St. Paul, Minnesota) reported a partnership with FormFast (Ballwin, Missouri), a document automation company for the healthcare sector and other targeted industries. Lawson and FormFast will provide forms automation functionality into enterprise software solutions from Lawson.
FormFast is a Gold-level partner within Lawson’s Complementary Partner Program.
“FormFast’s technology simplifies and streamlines the previously time-consuming task of entering data into the numerous forms that are still needed in specific industries, such as healthcare,” said Terry Plath, global director of business development for Lawson. “Lawson and FormFast are leading providers in the healthcare industry — FormFast’s solutions bridge clinical and enterprise software applications, providing our customers a single forms automation platform, which will help reduce IT system complexity while increasing productivity by reducing manual data entry.”
Among the customers benefiting from the partnership between Lawson and FormFast is Valley Health, a nonprofit organization of healthcare providers serving residents of the northern Shenandoah Valley in Virginia, West Virginia and western Maryland. Valley Health uses the combined functionality offered through Lawson and FormFast to print a variety of forms related to accounts payable and payroll.

In other agreements: Creekridge Capital (Minneapolis), an independent healthcare and technology vendor leasing company, has signed an agreement with Endocare (Irvine, California), a developer of minimally invasive technologies for tissue and tumor ablation, to provide leasing programs for the company’s minimally-invasive cryoablation technology.
The leasing programs enable Endocare to offer physicians access to its technology that treats prostate cancer, renal, lung, liver tumors and pain management. “By offering lease programs, we can better serve our clients with a full-service approach,” said Kevin Quilty, senior VP of sales and marketing for Endocare.
