• Lucy Hicks was named senior VP and general counsel of Diagnostic Health (Birmingham, Alabama). Hicks most recently was senior VP and deputy general counsel for HealthSouth. Diagnostic Health is a stand-alone provider of diagnostic imaging services.

• Tush Nikollaj has been named president/CEO of CardioMag Imaging (Albany, New York). Nikollaj was founder of the Internet service provider Logical Net. CardioMag makes noninvasive devices to identify patients with coronary artery disease and other life-threatening cardiovascular conditions.

• Rodney Wallace has been named senior VP of technology for Diamics (Novato, California). Previously, Wallace was VP of engineering at Digene. Diamics specializes in cervical cancer diagnostics.
