Rodney Wallace has been named senior VP of technology for Diamics (Novato, California). Previously, Wallace was VP of engineering at Digene. Diamics specializes in cervical cancer diagnostics.

Tush Nikollaj has been named president/CEO of CardioMag Imaging (Albany, New York). Nikollaj was founder of the Internet service provider Logical Net. CardioMag makes noninvasive devices to identify patients with coronary artery disease and other life-threatening cardiovascular conditions.

Steve Starkey was promoted to COO of Healthcare Management Systems (Nashville, Tennessee). Starkey previously served as VP of product development. Healthcare Management Systems makes integrated clinical and financial hospital information systems and provides related services.

The Securities and Exchange Commission (Washington) reported the appointment of Kevin Goodman as the associate regional director for examinations in its Denver Regional Office. Goodman, who currently holds the position of assistant regional director for examinations in the Los Angeles Regional Office, will transfer to the Denver office and oversee its examination activities in that region’s seven-state territory.
