• Cardinal Health (Dublin, Ohio) said that Mark Parrish is stepping down as CEO of the company’s Healthcare Supply Chain Services (HSCS) sector to pursue other interests. CFO Jeffrey Henderson will assume the additional role of interim CEO of HSCS until a permanent successor is named. Henderson joined Cardinal Health in 2005 from Eli Lilly Canada. Cardinal Health focuses on making supply chains more efficient, reducing hospital-acquired infections and breaking the cycle of harmful medication errors.

John Slamin was named VP of implant engineering for the knee for ConforMIS (Burlington, Massachusetts). Prior to joining ConforMIS, Slamin spent over thirty years as a member of the R&D arm of Johnson & Johnson’s orthopedic division. ConforMIS makes minimally invasive osteoarthritis and joint devices.

Daniel McBride was named VP and general counsel of The Cooper Companies (Pleasanton, California). McBride joined Cooper in February 2005 as senior counsel and in June 2006 was named vice president and senior counsel of The Cooper Companies and CooperVision. The Cooper Companies makes specialty healthcare products through its CooperVision and CooperSurgical units.

•Crdentia (Dallas) reported the appointment of Tim Jones as VP of operations of Crdentia’s newly acquired Florida, Georgia and North Carolina market operations. Jones joins Crdentia from ATS Health Services. Crdentia is a healthcare staffing company.

Todd Fanning was named VP of sales of FzioMed (San Luis Obispo, California). Fanning has 20 years’ sales experience with Innovative Spinal Technologies, Abbott Spine, Sulzer Orthopedics and Baxter Health. FzioMed makes surgical biomaterials.

Sean Whelan was named CFO of InfuSystem Holdings (New York). Prior to joining InfuSystem, Whelan held senior finance positions with Ford Motor Co. since 1996. InfuSystem Holdings makes ambulatory infusion pump services for administering chemotherapy.

Graham Mullis was named CEO of Lab21 (Cambridge, Massachusetts). Graham joins Lab21 from Optivue, where he was a co-founder. Lab21 is a provider of healthcare and environmental diagnostic products and services.
