• American Medical Technologies (Corpus Christi, Texas) reported that Judd Hoffman has been named chairman of the board of directors. Hoffman was previously VP of world wide sales for Remedent. AMT makes dental products.

• Draxis Health (Mississauga, Ontario) reported that Martin Barkin informed the company’s board of directors that he will retire as the president/CEO, effective Dec. 31. Barkin joined the senior management of Draxis in 1992. Draxis, through its wholly owned operating subsidiary, Draxis specialty pharmaceuticals, provides products in three categories: sterile products, non-sterile products and radiopharmaceuticals.

• InfuSystem Holdings (New York) reported the appointment of Steven Watkins as CEO and a member of the board of directors. Watkins previously served as president of InfuSystem and will replace John Voris as CEO. Voris will remain a member of the board. InfuSystem Holdings makes ambulatory infusion pump services for administering chemotherapy.

William Anderson was named president/CEO of Regency Hospital (Alpharetta, Georgia). Since 2001, Anderson served as division president of Triad Hospitals. Regency Hospital is an operator of long-term acute care hospitals across the U.S.
