• Michael Ohanessian has been named CEO of Genetic Technologies (Melbourne, Australia). Most recently, Ohanessian served as CEO of Vision Biosystems. Genetic Technologies says that it is Australia’s largest DNA paternity testing lab.

• HCP (Long Beach, California) said that Stephen Maulbetsch has resigned as its executive VP of strategic development to attend to personal matters. HCP is a self-administered REIT that invests directly or through joint ventures in healthcare facilities.

• Kevin Clark has been named COO of IVAX Diagnostics (Miami). Clark previously was COO of ImmunoVision. IVAX makes diagnostic reagents, instrumentation and software.

• Schooner Healthcare Services (Annapolis, Maryland) reported new senior management positions: Garry Carneal, president/CEO; Joel Brill, MD, chief medical officer; and Randall Madry, COO. Madry and Carneal served as back-to-back CEOs of URAC from 1994 through 2005. Schooner Healthcare is a provider of medical management and health IT solutions.
