As required by Form 12b-25, the company discussed anticipated significant changes to the results of operations for the quarter ended March 31 as compared to the corresponding period in the prior year that resulted from the acquisition of Silipos (Niagara Falls, New York), which was acquired on Sept. 30, 2004. Langer said it expects to file its Form 10-Q and issue an earnings press release for the March 31 quarter on or before May 23.

Langer, and its subsidiary Silipos, is a provider of products targeting the orthopedic, orthotic and prosthetic markets.
