Michigan Attorney General Mike Cox reported last week that the former owner of Complete Makeover Center (Troy, Michigan) has been sentenced to four months in jail by an Oakland County judge after pleading guilty to one felony count of uttering & publishing. Cox said that Abraham was transported to the Macomb County Jail to begin serving his sentence.

Additionally, Abraham received two years probation from 6th Judicial Circuit Court Judge Nanci Grant for fraudulent business activities related to his ownership of the now-defunct plastic surgery center.

Abraham is scheduled to return to court today to face two felony cases. The first includes six felony charges related to his ownership of the Complete Makeover Center, including three counts of forgery and three courts of uttering & publishing, both 14-year felonies. Abraham also is charged with one count of false pretenses, a five-year felony, for fraudulently representing himself as an employee of a Chicago-based advertising agency.

“Abraham has been punished for defrauding those who trusted him – his customers, his patients, his business associates, and the people of Michigan,” Cox said.

Cox said that investigation into the plastic surgery center’s operations is ongoing.
