• Raymond Fabius, MD, has been named president and chief medical officer ofI-trax(Chadds Ford, Pennsylvania). Prior to joining I-trax, Fabius was with GE Healthcare. I-trax is a provider of integrated health and productivity management solutions formed by the merger of I-trax Health Management Solutions and CHD Meridian Healthcare.

• Derek Bertocci will join Laserscope (San Jose, California) as vice president, finance and CFO, replacing Dennis LaLumandiere, Laserscope’s current CFO. LaLumandiere will continue as interim CFO until Bertocci’s arrival in June and then will be appointed to the newly created position of vice president, human resources and organizational development. Bertocci will join Laserscope from VISX, which is being acquired by Advanced Medical Optics, where he has served as CFO since 2004. Laserscope manufactures an advanced line of medical laser systems and related energy delivery devices for the office, outpatient surgical center and hospital markets.

• Lars Shaw has joined Zonare Medical Systems (Mountain View, California) as vice president of marketing. Prior to Zonare, Shaw was director of worldwide general imaging marketing at Siemens Ultrasound. Zonare Medical manufactures high-performance ultrasound solutions.
