Embrex Inc. has completed a secondary offering of 1.8 millionshares of common stock, which should bring net proceeds ofabout $10.5 million.

The stock was offered at $6.75 per share by a nationalsyndicate led by Josephthal Lyon & Ross Inc. of New York andFoley Mufson Howe & Co. of Philadelphia.

Based in Research Triangle Park, N.C., the company(NASDAQ:EMBX) concentrates on poultry health and productionproducts. The company's stock closed at $6.75 a share onThursday, off 50 cents.
