NEOZYME ELECTS NEW BOARD MEMBERSNeozyme Corp. of Cambridge, Mass., said Tuesday thatAbraham J. Siegel, Kennett F. Burnes and Robert J. Carpenterwere elected to the company's board of directors.

Siegel is the Howard W. Johnson professor of management atthe Sloan School of Management and a professor in theDepartment of Economics at the Massachusetts Institute ofTechnology. Burnes is executive vice president of Cabot Corp., achemical manufacturer.

Carpenter was chief executive officer of Integrated GeneticsInc. until Integrated Genetics' merger with Genzyme Corp. inAugust 1989. He remained executive vice president at themerged company until last month.

FUTURE MEDICAL NAMES PRESIDENT

Future Medical Technologies International Inc. of West PalmBeach, Fla., named Robert Sanders as president. The companymarkets a device for filtering microorganisms from clinicalspecimens.
