HAMBURG, Germany – Dublin-based pharmaceutical and medical device firm Allergan plc suspended sales in Europe of its textured breast implants and tissue expanders and is withdrawing any remaining supplies from the market following a compulsory recall request from France's National Agency for the Safety of Medicines and Health Products (ANSM).
