Study bolsters case for stenting over bypass in long femoropopliteal lesions

The recent controversy over the use of paclitaxel in the peripheral vasculature has clouded the larger debate over whether bypass is superior to endovascular therapies for the lower limbs. TORONTO – Burnaby, British Columbia-based Clarius Mobile Health Inc. has launched a second-generation series of wireless ultrasound scanners aimed at expanding its foothold in the North American and European imaging markets.
