Alligator Bioscience AB, of Lund, Sweden, said preclinical data showed that ATOR-1015 physically localizes to the tumor in an experimental tumor model using a live imaging computerized technique. Alligator said the data, presented at the Essential Protein Engineering Summit in Boston, reinforce the concept that its wholly owned CTLA4 bispecific antibody selectively activates the immune system in the tumor area.
