Astellas Pharma US Inc., of Northbrook, Ill., part of Astellas Pharma Inc., said it reached an agreement with the U.S. Department of Justice (DoJ) to resolve civil claims regarding the marketing of Mycamine (micafungin sodium) for injection and will pay $7.3 million to the settling parties.
