Oncobiologics Inc., of Cranbury, N.J., said it entered a note and warrant purchase agreement with existing investors providing for the issuance and sale of up to $10 million of senior secured promissory notes and five-year warrants to acquire an aggregate of 2.3 million shares of company stock at an exercise price of $3 each.
