Supernus Pharmaceuticals Inc., of Rockville, Md., said the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit affirmed the New Jersey District Court's decision that Twi Pharmaceuticals Inc., of Taipei City, Taiwan, greater China, infringed three valid Oxtellar XR Orange Book patents.
