Vivus Inc., of Mountain View, Calif., said it has filed a lawsuit in the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey against generic firms Actavis Laboratories FL Inc., Actavis Inc. and Actavis plc, in response to an abbreviated new drug application, filed by Actavis.
