Innocoll Holdings plc, of Athlone, Ireland, said it priced an underwritten public offering of 5.725 million ordinary shares at $7 each, for aggregate gross proceeds of approximately $40.1 million. In addition, the company has granted the underwriters of the offering a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 858,750 ordinary shares.
