Bioventus LLC, of Durham, N.C., entered a collaboration agreement with tissue bank MTF biologics to co-develop a next-generation placental tissue product for treating musculoskeletal conditions, with an initial focus on knee osteoarthritis. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
