• Cadence Pharmaceuticals Inc., of San Diego, said the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware has ruled in favor of Cadence in the company’s patent infringement lawsuit against Exela Pharma Sciences LLC, of Lenoir, N.C., regarding Ofirmev (intravenous acetaminophen).
