On Target Laboratories Inc., of West Lafayette, Ind. a privately held biotech developing tumor-targeted fluorescent dyes to improve cancer surgery, has secured $11.1 million in additional financing as part of its series B round, which initially closed in September 2017, led by Johnson & Johnson Innovation's JJDC Inc.
