Lifesci Acquisition Corp., of New York, a blank check company targeting the biopharma, medical technology, digital health and health care services sectors, said the underwriters of its public offering of units partially exercised their overallotment option, for an additional 563,767 units. Each unit consists of one share of common stock and one redeemable warrant, with each warrant entitling the holder to purchase one-half of one share of common stock at $11.50 per whole share.

Predictive Oncology Inc., of Minneapolis, said it closed its private offering of common stock and warrants resulting in gross proceeds of $3.49 million. The company issued 1.65 million shares and issued series A warrants to acquire 1.65 million shares at $1.88 per share, and series B warrants to acquire 1.65 million shares. The company intends to use the net proceeds for general corporate purposes.
