Allscripts (Chicago) says its MyWay EHR version 9.0 has received Complete EHR Ambulatory certification, deeming the electronic health record software capable of enabling providers to meet the Stage 1 meaningful use measures required to qualify for funding under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act.

The EHR software is 2011/2012 compliant in accordance with the criteria adopted by the Secretary of Health and Human Services.

Allscripts MyWay version 9.0 is available as both a hosted Software as a Service and on-premise solution, and offers robust capabilities for electronic health as well as practice management and claims management. The solution is designed to help independent and smaller physician practices overcome cost and IT complexity barriers.
