• Carol Adiletto has been named VP of clinical and regulatory affairs for BG Medicine (BGM; Waltham, Massachusetts). Previously, Adiletto was senior VP of clinical operations and regulatory affairs at WorldCare Clinical. BGM is a developer of molecular diagnostics.

• Richard Grenell has been named senior VP of communications for DaVita (El Segundo, California). Grennell spent the past eight years as the director of communications for the United States Mission to the United Nations. DaVita is a provider of kidney care services.

• Craig Davenport has been named CEO of Sarnova (Sylmar, California). Davenport most recently served as president/CEO and chairman of Endocare. Sarnova makes products for the emergency medical services, respiratory and surgical markets.

• Pamela Weagraff has been named VP of regulatory and quality at T2 Biosystems (Cambridge, Massachusetts). Weagraff most recently was principal consultant with Quintiles Consulting. T2 makes portable medical diagnostic products combining nanotechnology and miniaturized MRI technology.
