• William Kullback has been named senior VP and CFO of Angeion (Saint Paul, Minnesota). Most recently Kullback was CFO of Flex Fund Financial Services. Angeion makes non-invasive cardio-respiratory diagnostic systems sold under the MedGraphics and New Leaf names.

• Arbor Vita (Sunnyvale, California) said that Linda McAllister, MD, PhD, has been named VP of diagnostics. Most recently, McAllister was director of technology management at Roche Diagnostics. Arbor Vita is a privately held biotech company.

• Bioheart (Sunrise, Florida) said that company founder Howard Leonhardt will transition from executive chairman and become chairman of the board. Leonhardt also serves as the company’s chief technology officer and he will continue in that role. Bioheart makes cell therapies and devices for the treatment of chronic and acute heart damage.
