• John Cline has been named president of Cato Research (Durham, North Carolina). Cline most recently was president/CEO of etrials Worldwide. Cato is a contract research and development organization.

• Peter Allen has been named chief marketing officer of Haemonetics (Braintree, Massachusetts). Allen joined Haemonetics in 2003 as president of donor division. Haemonetics is a developer of blood management solutions.

• John DeLucia has been named VP of quality assurance and regulatory affairs at iCAD (Nashua, New Hampshire). DeLucia previously was VP of regulatory affairs, clinical affairs and quality assurance at Z-Tech Medical. iCAD makes computer-aided systems for the early detection of cancer.
