• Chris Tihansky has been named president of Cellvizio (Philadelphia, Pennsylvania). Tihansky most recently was president/CEO of Surgical Services, a division of Teleflex. Cellvizio is a developer of in vitro cellular imaging.

• Faina Zaslavsky has been promoted to director of microelectronic solutions of Crane Aerospace & Electronics (Redmond, Washington), a segment of Crane. Zaslavsky joined Crane in 1991 as senior process engineer. Crane Aerospace & Electronics is a supplier of systems and components, including those for healthcare.

• Christopher Schnee has been named VP of global marketing for Luminetx (Memphis, Tennessee). Previously, Schnee was director of marketing for Healthtronics. Luminetx makes medical product and biometric technologies.

• Telemedicus (Houston) has promoted Steve Price from marketing president to COO. Telemedicus develops mobile medical communications between a remote unit such as a rural ambulance service, med-flight helicopter, or a remote location, and the physician in a hospital trauma center.
