Genesis changes name to Abviva
Genesis Bioventures (Los Angeles) said it has completed its name change to Abviva. The company said it changed its name to emphasize its mission to commercialize the Mammastatin Serum Assay and to pursue development of the mammastatin protein as a possible first line therapy against breast cancer.
Abviva will continue to be traded under the ticker symbol GBIW. It has applied for a new ticker symbol to represent its new name.
Abviva is focused on the commercialization of its owned and licensed assets for breast cancer diagnostics and for breast cancer therapeutic development.
