SI International (Reston, Virginia), an information and network solutions company, said it has won a new competitive task order under the Army’s HRsolutions Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) contract for human resources, personnel service and support to provide services to Brooke Army Medical Center (San Antonio). SI will provide transition administrative staff supporting warriors in transition.
The task order value is about $4.3 million, inclusive of the options and has a one-year base period with two one-year option periods. The HRsolutions ID/IQ contract was competitively awarded to multiple vendors in September 2004 and each task order is competed among prime contract holders.
Since June, Brooke Army Medical Center has implemented a series of changes designed to improve the quality of care for soldiers who are wounded, injured, or seriously ill and are undergoing treatment at Brooke Army Medical Center. SI’s transition assistance staff will work closely with nurse case managers, medical personnel, and the military chain of command to ensure the best possible care for soldiers and their families during the transition process, the company said.
SI International provides information technology and network solutions primarily to the federal government.

The contract term is two years, with two options to renew in favor of HRA for two additional two-year terms.
