• Scott Cramer was named president/CEO of Bacchus Vascular (Santa Clara, California). Previously Cramer was previously senior VP of U.S. sales and account services for VNUS Medical Technologies. Bacchus Vascular makes devices used by interventional radiologists and vascular surgeons for the minimally invasive treatment of deep vein thrombosis (DVT) and other peripheral vascular disease.

Hannah Monds was named director of business development for Gene Express (Toledo, Ohio). Prior to joining Gene Express, Monds spent more than 10 years with AAIPharma. Gene express accelerates and enables drug and molecular diagnostic development by providing standardized genomic data.

Bryan Rogers was named president of HCA’s (Nashville, Tennessee) Far West division. Rogers currently serves as president of HCA’s Midwest division in Kansas City. HCA is a provider of health care services.

Mike Gaul has been promoted to COO of SynCardia Systems (Tucson, Arizona). Gaul joined SynCardia as VP of operations in October 2005. SynCardia makesthe CardioWest temporary total artificial heart.
