• Del Global Technologies (Franklin Park, Illinois) said that Joseph Flies, VP of operations has also been named to lead the newly formed universal product group. Del Global Technologies makes diagnostic imaging systems for medical, dental and veterinary applications through the Del Medical Systems Group.

• Viet Vu was named VP of technology for EaglePicher Technologies (Joplin, Missouri). Most recently, Vu was VP and chief scientist at Rayovac. EaglePicher Technologies provides batteries and energetic devices for the defense, space and commercial industries.

• Paul Lubetkin was named VP and general counsel of Emisphere Technologies (Tarrytown, New York), effective Sept. 4. Lubetkin previously was VP and general counsel of Aptuit. Emisphere Technologies provides delivery of therapeutic molecules and pharmaceutical compounds using its eligen technology.

• Arthur Goldberg, CPA, was named the CFO of Milestone Scientific (Livingston, New Jersey). Prior to joining Milestone, Goldberg served as CAO and CFO of St. Luke’s School. Milestone Scientific makes advanced injection technologies.
