Gregory Browne has been named CFO of Cyberonics (Houston). Most recently, Browne worked with Tatum, an executive services company, and has also founded and served as president of PeopleWorks, a human resource outsourcing company. Cyberonics focuses on treatment of epilepsy, depression and other chronic disorders that may prove treatable with its patented VNS therapy.

Bonnie Harmston has been named VP of national accounts forLanguage Access Network (Columbus, Ohio). Harmston previously was director of sales initiatives and training for CyraCom International, and senior national sales manager for Language Line Services. Language Access Network specializes in video language interpretation services for 150 foreign languages and American sign language for the deaf and hard-of-hearing.

Chuck Hailey has been promoted to chief managed care officer of Tenet Healthcare (Dallas). Hailey succeeds Robert Yungk, who left the company earlier this year, and will be responsible for managing all aspects of Tenet's relationships with managed care insurers. Tenet owns and operates acute care hospitals and related healthcare services.

Connie D'Argenio has been appointed VP of sales for Visicu (Baltimore). D'Argenio most recently was division VP for health services for Siemens. Visicu is a healthcare information technology and clinical solutions company focused on transforming the delivery of critical care through its eICU Program.
