Decision Resources develops research publications, advisory services, and consulting designed to help clients shape strategy.

• Scott Schulz has been named VP of operations for Taconic (Hudson, New York). Previously Schulz was senior director of manufacturing for Biotechnology and Sterile Life Sciences at Cardinal Health. Taconic is a supplier of laboratory rodents.
