• David O’Halloran was named president/COO of Gebauer (Cleveland). Former president John Giltinan retains the title of CEO and chairman of the board. Immediately preceding his appointment as president, O’Halloran functioned in a consulting capacity for Gebauer. Gebauer makes anesthetic vapocoolants.
