• Brad Thomas has been appointed senior VP of human resources for Cytyc (Marlborough, Massachusetts). Thomas has a background of HR leadership experience at Citigroup, Pepsi, and GE. Cytyc provides surgical and diagnostic products targeting women's health and cancer diagnostics.

• Edward Shellard, DMD, has been appointed CEO of MicroDTI (Vancouver). Shellard is a dental industry executive and was most recently the president of Kerr. MicroDTI is a cosmetic dental laboratory.

• John Frantzis was named VP of global sales and business development for NDO Surgical (Mansfield, Massachusetts). Most recently, Frantzis was VP of sales and business development at Retica. NDO Surgical is a privately held medical technology company dedicated to the development of innovative endoscopic technologies for gastrointestinal diseases.
